Mysuru: Surabhi Ganakala Mandira, Mysuru, is presenting a grand musical feature, “Gana Rajendra, Vaggeya Rajendra, Sri Jayachama Rajendra” at Jaganmohan Palace auditorium on Friday (July 21) at 6 pm.

The feature intends to bring out the salient features of Wadiyar’s compositions and also to throw light on the important aspects of the life of the multi-faceted personality.

It is conceptualised and directed by Vidushi Dr. Sukanya Prabhakar and executed by ‘Surabhi’ students. The two-hour feature comprising 9 scenes is supported by Vid. K. Achyuta Rao of Bengaluru on violin and Vid. A. Radhesh on mridangam.

President of Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama  Swami Athmajnanandaji will grace the function. Kannada and Culture Department Assistant Director H. Chennappa will be present.
