Muslim brethren to celebrate Shab-e-Barath tomorrow

Mysuru: Muslim brethren will be celebrating Shab-e-Barath (Night of Forgiveness) in city tomorrow (Apr. 20) evening.

Special prayers have been organised at various Mosques and after prayers, Ulmas will deliver lecture on Fazilath Shab-e-Barath. Muslim brethren will visit graveyards at midnight and offer floral tribute to the departed souls. On this occasion, Namaz Isha prayers have been arranged by various Management Committees and Namaz -e-Isha timings are as follows at various mosques in city.

9.30 pm: Masjid-e-Kutchi Memon on Ashoka Road (Hazarath Moulana Rafiuddin Qasmy will deliver lecture after Namaz), Masjid Halai Memon Jamath, Shivarampet and Masjid-e-Syed Ahmed, S.A. Layout at Rajivnagar.

10 pm: Masjid Hazarath Gumnam Sha Wali at Bannimantap, Mecca Masjid at Rajivnagar 2nd stage,  Jamiya Masjid on Irwin Road, Masjid Feel Khana at Khille Mohalla, Masjid-ya-Rub at Rajivnagar 4th Stage, Masjid-e-Khair-ul-Wara at Rajivnagar 2nd stage, Masjid-e-Eidgah on Mission Hospital Road, Masjid Khatoon-e-Jamath at Kesare, Belavatha, Masjid Dargahi on Sawday Road, Masjid Zeenath-ul-Masajid (Nawab Saheb) on 100 Feet Road, Masjid Tippu Sultan at Tippu Town on Mahadevapura Road, Masjid Rehamaniya, near Silk Factory, Masjid-e-Mir Hayath on K.T. Street, Masjid-e-Ya Rasool Allah at Rajivnagar 1st Stage, Masjid-e-Shoudal-wo-Badar (Ek-Minarate) on Azeez Sait Road in Shanthinagar and Masjid-e-Munawara at R.S. Naidu Nagar.

10.30 pm: Masjid-e-Azam Markaz Ahle Sunnath-wo-Jamath on Ashoka Road, Masjid-e-Moula Ali at Ghousianagar and  Masjid Aqsa near Fountain Circle.

Mansoor Sait Kushali, President, Management Committee of Masjid Hali Memon Jamath, Shivarampet, Mysuru said that Iftar has been organised for fasting person on Apr. 20 and 21at 6.45 pm at the Masjid premises and Salath-o-Tasbi prayer on Apr. 20 followed after Namaz-e-Maqrib prayer at Masjid Hali Memon Jamath at Shivarampet and Masjid-e-Khair-ul-Wara at Rajivnagar.
