Mysore Paints & Varnish Ltd. pays 25 percent dividend to shareholders

Mysore/Mysuru: Mysore Paints & Varnish Ltd. (MYLAC) has declared a dividend of 25 percent for the year 2020-21.  It has reported a turnover of Rs. 39.75 crore and a profit before tax of Rs. 6.75 crore.

Following this, the State Government’s dividend share of Rs. 23,68,250 was handed over to Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai through a cheque on Wednesday.

Large and Medium Scale Industries Minister Murugesh Nirani, Minister for Small Industries M.T.B. Nagaraj, State Chief Secretary Ravikumar, Chief Secretaries of Commerce and Industries Department Ramana Reddy and Vandita Sharma, MYLAC Managing Director Harakumar and others were present on the occasion.
