Mystery shrouds death of Kodagu-born dentist, daughter in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: Mystery shrouds death of a Kodagu-born dentist and her daughter, who were found hanging at the house in Banashankari Police limits, Bengaluru. The incident took place on Saturday, which came to light lately.

The deceased are Dr. Nellachanda Shyama Muthappa (39), a native of Virajpet in Kodagu and her daughter Aradhana (10).

Shyama Muthappa’s husband Dr. Narayan is also a dentist. They were in love while studying and married later. According to the complaint lodged by Shyama’s brother at Banashankari Police Station, Shyama and Aradhana ended their lives when no one was present at the house.
