Mysuru Dist. 2nd in State on Revenue Dept. performance

Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru District has secured second place in State in monthly performance ranking for November 2020 by Revenue Department on prompt and highest disposal of cases.

In a press release, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rohini Sindhuri has said the district has bagged second place for record disposal of cases in mutations, land conversion, survey and phodi disposal, Revenue Court disposal by DC and AC and PYKI RTC correction. In fact, Mysuru District has jumped from bottom five to top two in last two months.

She said Mysuru was in 9th place in October, 26th place in September and 8th place in February. As per November period, Kodagu district has jumped from 14th to 8th place, Mandya from 8th to 7th place, Chamarajanagar from 28th to 23rd place. Whereas, Hassan district has maintained its position at 17th. Since the performance ranking began, Udupi has retained its first place. The Revenue Department announces performance ranking every month by taking into account various parameters. However, it was not announced from February to September due to COVID-19 pandemic. 

She has thanked the entire district administration staff for their contribution in making this possible.
