Mysuru Mayor disqualification: SC to hear case on June 28

New Delhi: The Supreme Court (SC) this afternoon posted the hearing of the case challenging Karnataka High Court’s order disqualifying Rukmini Madegowda as MCC Corporator, to June 28. 

Rukmini of JD(S), also Mayor, was disqualified as Corporator for not disclosing details of assets in the affidavit filed along with her nomination papers in 2018.
