Mysuru Taluk Panchayat EO visits Doddakaturu and Taluru villages

Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru Taluk Panchayat (TP) Executive Officer (EO) M.S. Ramesh visited Doddakaturu and Taluru villages coming under Doora Gram Panchayat (GP) limits yesterday to review ‘Vaidyara Nade – Halliya Kade’ (Doctors’ march towards villages), a programme launched by the State Government to weed out Corona pandemic from rural areas.

While addressing the Health Department and GP staff, Ramesh said, “As a precautionary measure, symptomatic patients would be identified and test will be conducted. Medical kits will be distributed on the spot to all persons with positive results and would be admitted to COVID Care Centres.” 

He also urged the staff to create awareness among rural community and make this ambitious programme successful.

GP President Mangalagowri, Vice-President D. Mahadevaswamy, Members Kuberu, Ravikumar, Panchayat Development Officer (PDO) Hemanth Kumar, Santoshkumar and others were present during the EO’s visit.
