Thainadu Kannada Rakshana Vedike, in collaboration with the Department of Kannada and Culture, felicitated G. Pranathi, an outstanding performer in Wushu martial arts, with the State-level ‘Sri Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar Award’ at a ceremony held at Mini Theatre in Kalamandira premises in city. Vedike President Dr. H.B. Rajegowda, Manasagangothri Professor Dr. S. Basavarajappa and others were present. Pranathi, a third std. student of Police Public School, Mysuru, is the daughter of S.D. Giridhar and L. Sangeetha.
