Mysore/Mysuru: Brahmashri Narayanaguru’s 171st Jayanti will be celebrated by Kannada & Culture Department, in association with MCC and Mysuru Brahmashri Narayanaguru Jayantyotsava Samiti, at Kalamandira on Hunsur Road in city at 11.30 am tomorrow (Sept. 15).

Solur Arya Ediga Mahasamsthana Seer Sri Vikhyatananda Swamiji and Shivamogga’s Narayanaguru Mahasamsthana Seer Sri Renukananda Swamiji will grace the occasion.

MPs Yaduveer Wadiyar and Sunil Bose will be the chief guests. MLA K. Harishgowda will preside over the event.

Mysuru’s Brahmashri Narayanaguru Mission Charitable Trust Secretary K.J. Manoj Kumar will be the main speaker.

Ahead of the event, a grand procession will be taken out  from Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple at the Palace North Gate at 9 am. The procession passes through K.R. Circle, D. Devaraj Urs Road, JLB Road, Field Marshal K.M. Cariappa Circle (Hotel Metropole Circle), before culminating at Kalamandira, the venue of the stage programme.
