National Lok Adalat on July 11

Mysuru: The National Lok Adalat has been organised in all City and District Courts on July 11. 

The Lok Adalat aims to resolve pending and pre-litigation cases/ disputes such as traffic challans, bank recoveries, matrimonial/ civil cases, compoundable criminal offences, motor accident claims, utilities bills, labour disputes, etc.  

In Mysuru district, it has been planned to resolve 24,702 out of the 1,35,901 pending cases during the July 11 National Lok Adalat. 

The members of the public, litigants, Advocates, Government Departments, Insurance companies and all others concerned are asked to take part in the Lok Adalat for amicable settlement of disputes, according to a press release issued by Senior Civil Judge Nagaraj Siddappa Ankasadoddi, who is also the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Member-Secretary.
