Natl. Education Policy aids students in becoming employers

Mysore/Mysuru: Prof. J.B. Nadda, Director, Consortium for Educational Communication, New Delhi, delivered a special lecture on ‘Organisational Behaviour’ at the Post Graduate Wing of SBRR Mahajana First Grade College, KRS Road, Metagalli, recently.

Speaking about the various concepts of Organisational Behaviour, he gave a new interpretation for the concepts such as Managerial Functions, Intervention of Technology, Human Values and Ethics. 

Elaborating on the new vistas which are opened up in the National Education Policy-2020 (NEP-2020), he pointed out how students will benefit from the new education policy not only to get employment but also to become employers.

Chief guest Prof. Nadda,  who inaugurated the lecture session along with the dignitaries by lighting the traditional lamp, was felicitated with a Mysore Peta, shawl and a memento.

Premjyothi and team rendered the Naadageethe.  Dr. C.K. Renukarya, Director of Mahajana PG Centre, welcomed and briefed about Mahajana Education Society (MES) in general and PG Centre in particular. 

T. Muralidar Bhagwath, President, MES, presided. Dr. T Vijayalakshmi Muralidhar, Hon. Secretary, MES, was present on the dais.  Dr. Sathish G. Chetty, HoD Tourism, proposed a vote of thanks. The programme concluded with National Anthem.
