Nehru Yuva Kendra Officer transferred

Mysore: M.N. Nataraj, who was serving as a senior officer at Mysuru Nehru Yuva Kendra of the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, has been promoted and transferred as Director of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry at Chennai.

Nataraj, who had served as the Working President of Yuva Dasara Sub-Committee several times, had played a keyrole in the success of International Yoga Day held in city in June 2017, which created a World Record for the largest yoga gathering at a single venue.

He handed over charge to S. Siddaramappa, who has been appointed as the District Youth Co-ordinator, Mysuru, on Thursday. M.N. Nataraj took charge of his new posting at Chennai on Friday, according to a press release.
