New office-bearers of Mysore Sahodaya School Complex

Mysore/Mysuru: The Annual General Body Meeting of Mysore Sahodaya Complex held on Jan. 28 unanimously elected the following office-bearers for the year 2022-24:  K.G. Mathew, Principal, Excel Public School, was elected as President, M.A. Machamma, Principal, STG Public School (Secretary),  Annie Helen Joseph, Principal, Capitol Public School (Treasurer), Preethi Vincent, Principal, Mt.Litera Zee School (Vice-President) Rajeshwari, Principal, SVEI Public School (Joint Secretary), M. Radhakrishnan, Principal, Baden Powell Public School,  Linto Andrews, Principal, St. Thomas Public School,  Anurag, Principal, Maharshi Public School, Sr. Vineetha, Principal, St. Rossello’s  Central School (Executive Committee Members); Krishna Bangera, Principal, Podar International School and Sivakumar, Principal, Lions West Sevaniketan School (Ex-Officio Members).

Sahodaya School Complex is an initiative promoted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, to facilitate creative and effective collaboration and cooperation among schools affiliated to the Board. There are around 300 Sahodaya Complexes across the country, represented by more than 10,000 schools. The Mysore Unit of Sahodaya Complex was set up in 2012 with the objective of providing an effective platform to ensure collective growth and benefit among the member schools. It has 75 Schools across the districts of Mysuru, Mandya, Hassan, Chamarajanagar and Kodagu as its members. The Sahodya School Complexes act as a liaison between CBSE and the member schools, and represent the members’ views, problems etc. to the CBSE authorities.
