Mysore/Mysuru: The new team of Builders’ Association of India (BAI), Mysuru Centre, for 2026-27 was installed at Mysore Builders Charitable Trust (MBCT) Auditorium in city on Apr. 4.

V. Satya Murthy, National Vice-President, BAI, who was the Installing Officer, administered the oath to the new team. 

S. Ramakrishnan, Co-Founder & Director, HRPL Residence & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, who was the chief guest, released the Year Theme and Logo Banner of 2026-27.

In his acceptance address, Prabhakara Rao emphasised the need to address the burning issues related to construction industry and announced this year’s theme ‘Knowledge Builds Structures, Wisdom Creates Future.’

Dinesh and they were inducted by BAI Karnataka State Chairman Shivaprakash. Outgoing Hon. Treasurer S. Vasudevan handed over the accounts of the year 2025-26 to the incoming Hon. Treasurer S. Shashiraj. On this occasion, Calendar of Events was released by Shivaprakash. Monthly Bulletin Mysuru Shilpi Special Issue was released by Sathya Murthy. MyRealty-26 brochure was launched by Rama Krishnan.
