Newly married youth ends life

Mysuru: Dejected over the opposition  to his marriage with his cousin sister, a youth ended his life by hanging self in Mysuru South police station limits on Sunday.

Rasik (23), a nature of Suttur is Nanjaagud Taluk is the one who ended his life.

Rasik, who was in love with his cousin sister Kavya, had married her at a Nanjangud temple 3 months ago, despite stiff opposition. Following this, the couple lived separately. But as problems surfaced, Rasik went to Kavya’s native village Kochanahalli and ended his life by hanging himself from a tree at a farmland in the outskirts of the village.
