Mysuru:  The Division of Nutrition & Dietetics, Department of Water & Health-Faculty of Life Sciences, JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research (JSS AHER), Mysuru, has organised Nutri Expo-2018 at JSS AHER premises in Bannimantap here on Nov.24 to commemorate World Food Day.

The expo, jointly co-organised by JSS Hospital Dietetics Department, JSS College of Nursing, Defence Food Research Laboratory (DFRL) and CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI),  will be held from 10 am to 6 pm. Entry to this event is free.

This Expo on Nutrition will focus on promoting awareness and help in tackling the chronic nutritional disorders and diseases and clinical nutrition faced by mankind. Hence, the expo is themed  “Know Your Nutrition.”

General public, Nutritional Scientists and students, Researchers and Industrial executives may attend, according to a press release from Organising Secretary Dr. Vanitha  Reddy, Assistant Professor.
