Mysore/Mysuru: As part of the monthly moonlight music programme, online Veena-Violin-Flute Music Concert has been organised at Suttur Mutt at the foot of Chamundi Hill here at 6 pm on Oct. 31 (Saturday). Suttur Mutt Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion.

Veena artiste Vidwan Balu Masti learnt classical music from Vid. A.V. Prakash and Vidu. Dr. Jayanthi Kumaresh of Chennai. An alumnus of Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, after completing his higher studies and working for some years in America, Vidwan Balu Masti is now residing in Bengaluru. He has performed in various reputed Sabhas in Chennai, Bengaluru, Mantralaya and Mysuru as well as abroad including America and Singapore. He is also a recipient of prestigious Sri Mysore Doreswamy Iyengar Datti Puraskara from Sri Krishna Ganasabha of Chennai.
Hailing from Chilkunda music family, Flautist Vidwan C.S. Keshavachandra has given numerous solo performances as well as has performed in various prestigious platforms along with his father and elder sister Vidushi C.S. Kalyani. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and an All India Radio Grade ‘A’ artiste.
Violinist Vidwan Keshava Mohan Kumar is a student of Vidwan H.K. Narasimhamurthy and is a Grade ‘B’ All India Radio and Doordarshan artiste.
Percussionist Vidwan Aniruddha Bhat is a student of Vidwan M.V. Mohan and Vidwan K.U. Jayachandra Rao. He is a recipient of Ananya Young Talent award and is an All India Radio and Doordarshan Grade ‘A’ artiste.
Ghatam artiste Vidwan Shamit S. Gowda has received Mridanga lessons from noted Mridanga exponent H.L. Shivashankarasawamy and Ghata from Giridhar Udupa. He is an All India Radio Grade ‘A’ artiste.
