Open manholes posing danger at Devanur 3rd Stage

Most manholes at Devanur 3rd Stage are either damaged or stolen and are posing danger to the residents. Also, weeds and plants have overgrown on roadsides and have become a place for reptiles, rodents and insects. Residents have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to cover the manholes, clear roadside plants and also maintain parks in the locality for the benefit of the residents.
