Operation Cheetah: 144 cases booked, Rs. 28,100 fine collected from traffic offenders

Mysuru: Devaraja Traffic Police, who conducted ‘Operation Cheetah,’ a drive against traffic rules offenders here yesterday, have booked 144 cases against the offenders and have collected a total of Rs.28,100 fine from them.

During the operation which was conducted near the Brahmapuri Gate of the Mysore Palace between 3 pm and 6 pm, the Cops booked cases besides collecting fines from the traffic rules offenders.

Similar operations were conducted by the Traffic Police of various Traffic Police Stations at prominent spots in city.
