Outsiders plan protest against Mysuru Rangayana Director

December 12, 2021

Mysore/Mysuru: Several outside organisations and some theatre artistes have decided to launch an indefinite stir in Rangayana premises from Dec. 17, seeking the ouster of Mysuru Rangayana Director Addanda C. Cariappa.

Members of this group, who held an interaction on the topic ‘The theatre and challenges’ at Chintana Chavadi in Kalamandira premises yesterday, accused Cariappa of fomenting trouble in Rangayana over Left-Right ideology issues.

When Star of Mysore contacted the Director, he said: “In fact, it was this outside group which brought in the issue of Left and Right for the sake of their own agenda.”
