Sir, Many of the junctions of Mysuru roads, where we have working traffic signal lights, we find the Traffic Cops posted there. Since these Cops do not have any traffic control related work, they while away their duty hours either by using their mobile phones or by chit-chatting with the commercial establishments  in the vicinity….
