Stray dog menace has increased in Vijayanagar 4th Stage with a pack of almost 15 dogs found roaming freely on the roads, chasing and barking at motorists and pedestrians. Also, these strays bark continuously at night giving sleepless nights. Residents have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to control the menace at the earliest.
