‘Palace on Wheels’ to showcase Palaces, Museums

Mysuru: The District Administration has planned ‘Palace on Wheels’ for the Dasara tourists visiting the city. They will be exposed to many Palaces and Museums from Sept. 17 to Oct. 2.

The tourists would be taken in AC buses from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm to see the Palace, Jagan Mohan Palace, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalay Postal Training Centre, CFTRI, Town Hall, Oriental Research Institute, Jayalakshmi Vilas Mansion, Government Ayurveda College, KR Hospital and Railway Museum. It is the aim of the District Administration to showcase Palaces, Museums and Heritage structures to the visitors. The rates and the route will be decided shortly, said a source in the District Administration.
