Mysuru: Dr. L. Mahesh Bilwa, former faculty of Department of Studies in Earth Science, University of Mysore, Manasagangothri, Mysuru, will be leaving to London to present research papers at International Micropaleontological Conference on Nov. 15 and 16 at the Natural History Museum  in London. The conference is   organised by the Micropaleontological Society.

The title of his research papers are — 1. Proconodonts and associated microfossils from  Southern Peninsula proterozoic Sedimentary basin in India. 2. Foraminferal Assemblage from upper Cretaceous (Maastrichtian) limestone outcrops from Gurpi Formation, Illam area, North West of Iran.                                                          

Before his superannuation, Prof. Bilwa also recently published a book on Paleontological Practical Manual.
