Partially open manhole invites danger in V. V. Mohalla

July 1, 2023

Sir,

A UGD manhole on 15th Cross, VV Mohalla in the city has been inviting danger, but none seem to be bothered about taking note  of sit.

It has been a week since the lid of the manhole has partially caved inside, leaving the gap on one side and posing a threat to pedestrians and riders.

There is no proper complaint system either to file a complaint or to follow up after the condition of the manhole is restored. Hope, the authorities will fix this before some tragedy occurs.
