Pension Adalat for P&T employees held in city

Mysore/Mysuru: A Pension Adalat was held for the Post and Telegraph (P&T) Department employees at the Office of  the Senior Superintendent at Yadavagiri Post Office in city on Monday.

About 20 retired employees of the Department participated in the Adalat and aired their grievances like delay in getting pension and demanded a separate counter for senior citizens.

Senior Superintendent A.K. Nayak, told SOM that the delay in getting pension was due to server problem which has now been fixed and there won’t be any delay in future.

About the demand for a separate counter for senior citizens, he said a decision will be taken in this connection in the coming days.
