Mysuru: A pension Adalat to hear the grievances of retired State Government employees will be held from 11 am to 3 pm on Aug. 23 (Friday) at the S.P. Bhat Hall, Institution of Engineers on JLB Road in the city.
Presiding over a district level pension Adalat preliminary meeting at her office here yesterday, Additional DC. B.R. Poornima said that retired government servants can get their grievances redressed at the Adalat.
Noting that Bank officials and officials from treasury, pensions and small savings departments will attend the Adalat, she said that retired employees who have failed to get timely pension, pension problems in Banks and District Treasury etc., can get solution to their problems.
Poornima further said that retired State Government employees can register their complaints at the district or taluk-level Pensioners Association before Aug. 23.
District Pension and Small-Savings Department Assistant Director Krishnegowda, Development Officer Triveni, Lead Bank Manager Venkatachalapathy, Assistant Director of Treasuries T.J. Kavitha, MCC Administrative Officer B. Venkat Rao and others were present.
