M.D. Kavita has been awarded Ph.D in Biotechnology by the UoM for her thesis ‘Culture Optimization Metabolites Profiling and Bioactivites of Porphyridium Purpureum’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. R. Sharada.

Maryam Talebi Haghighi has  been awarded Ph.D in Biotechnology by the UoM for her thesis ‘Molecular Approach for Understanding the Genetic Diversity and Expression of Voltinism in Mulberry Silkworm, Bombyx Mori L.” submitted under the guidance of Dr. T.S. Jagadeesh Kumar.

The Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, has awarded Ph.D in Library and Information Science to city’s H.V. Arunachalapathy for his thesis ‘Library Leadership and ICT Skills Among LIS Professionals Research Libraries of Bangalore, Karnataka: An Evaluative Study’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. Suresh Jange.
