M.S. Siddaraju has been awarded Ph.D in Earth Science by the University of Mysore (UoM) for his thesis ‘Petrochemical Studies of Rayaduraga to Kalyandurga GAP Area of Closepet Granite Dharwar Craton’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. H.T. Basavarajappa.

J. Shiva Kumar has been awarded Ph.D in Gandhian Studies by the UoM for his thesis ‘Mahatma Gandhi Udyoga Kathri Yojane mattu Udyoga Srushti – Chamarajanagar Jille Adhyayana’ [Guide: Dr. R. Siddaraju].

V.P. Bharathi has been awarded Ph.D in Sericulture by the UoM for her thesis ‘Investigations on Leaf and Cocoon Yield From V-1 Mulberry (Morus SP.) Cultivar Trained As Small Tree With Different Spacing and Height’ [Guide: Dr. Basavaiah].

M. Revanna Swamy has been awarded Ph.D in Kannada by the UoM for his thesis ‘Tamate: Samskrutika Adhyayana (Chamarajanagar Jilleyannu Anulakshisi)’ [Guide: Dr. N.K. Lolakshi].

M. Rajesha has been awarded Ph.D in Folklore by the UoM for his thesis ‘Nanjangudu Talukina Uppararu: Janapadiya Adhyayana’ [Guide: Dr. K. Sowbhagyavathi].

J. Vijaya has been awarded Ph.D in Ambedkar Studies by the UoM for his thesis ‘Karnakata Rajyada Tibetiyannara Samajika, Samskrutika, Dharmika Haagu Rajakiya Ayamagala Adhyayana’ [Guide: Dr. B.N. Yashodha].

M. Lavanya has been awarded Ph.D in Kannada by the University of Mysore for her thesis ‘Nalinimurthy Avara Sahitya’ [Guide: Dr. R. Ramakrishna].

S. Swamy has been awarded Ph.D in Geography by the UoM for his thesis ‘An Evaluation of Dairying in Rural Development of Mysore District: A Geographical Study’ [Guide: Dr. P. Jayashree].

H.M. Girish has been awarded Ph.D in Kannada by the UoM for his thesis ‘Kannada Sahityakke Karnatakada Jaina Matagala Kodugu’ [Guide: Dr. Padmashekhar].
