Mysuru: A minor boy was killed on the spot, when a speeding car rammed into the bike on which he was riding pillion on the Outer Ring Road near Uthanahalli yesterday.

The deceased boy is Naveen (16), son of Mahadevu and a resident of Sarkari Uthanahalli in the taluk.

Naveen was standing near Hosa Hundi Gate to proceed to his village, when he saw Ravi of Helavarahundi village and stopped him.
