Plea to clean storm water drain in Hootagalli

The storm water drain in Hootagalli Industrial Area is filled with overgrown bushes and sand hindering the smooth flow of water in it which has now become stagnant. This stagnant water has become a perfect place for mosquitoes to breed. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the drain cleaned for the benefit of the residents.
