The Fisheries Department has invited applications from eligible beneficiaries for availing subsidy under different schemes of Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) for the year 2021-22. The subsidy is available for construction of Fish ponds, Biofloc Unit, Backyard mini RAS units, medium-scale RAS (Recirculatory Aquaculture System) Units, small RAS Units, 10-tonne capacity cold storage or freezer, purchase of  refrigerated vehicle etc.

General category people will be given 40 percent financial assistance while SC/ST community and women beneficiaries will get 60 percent. The last date for applying is May 31.
