Police Constable’s bag stolen at City Bus Stand

Mysore/Mysuru: Miscreants have stolen a bag of a Police Constable from Karwar, who had come to city for Dasara duty.

The Constable who lost his bag is 26-year-old C.K. Mallikarjun, attached to Dandeli Rural Police Station in Karwar district.

Mallikarjun, who had come for Dasara duty on Oct. 3 was waiting on Platform No. 3 at about 10.15 pm for a city bus to go to Bannimantap during which his bag containing Rs. 1,500 cash, mobile phone charger, bus warrants and Police uniform was stolen. A case has been registered at Devaraja Police Station.
