Prize-winners of ‘Vidyarthi Yoga Championship – 2023’

Mysore/Mysuru: Hari Vidyalaya, Bogadi, Mysuru, had organised ‘Vidyarthi Yoga Championship – 2023’ for different age groups at its premises.

Yogashree Dr. A.R. Seetharam, Founder and Director of Paramahamsa Yoga Therapy and Counselling Centre, who was the chief guest, explained the importance of yoga to all the participants.

Hari Vidyalaya Principal Dr. N. Bharathi Shankar spoke about the co-ordination of mind and body by practicing yoga.

More than 480 students of 50 schools in and around Mysuru had participated in this competition, which was held in 8 categories. The winners of  ‘Vidyarthi Yoga Competition – 2023’ are as follows:

3rd & 4th Boys: 1st – Manvish, Hari Vidyalaya; 2nd – H.K. Lohith Kumar, Vishwa Manava Yogashala; 3rd – P. Ullas, Excel Public School; 4th – N. Uthkarsh, Sudarshan Vidya Samsthe; 5th – S.R. Mohith Mourya, Sri Chamaraja School; 6th – C. Dhanush Anand, Notre Dame School.

3rd & 4th Girls: 1st – Manyashree, Rotary Midtown School; 2nd – Aditi, National Public School; 3rd – Sanvi Reddy – Delhi Public School; 4th – N. Neha – Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra; 5th – R. Loukya, Christ Public School; 6th – Hanvika U. Gowda, Capitol Public School.

5th & 6th Boys: 1st – Chiranth Gowrishankar, Teresian School; 2nd – A. Bharath, New Oxford School; 3rd – K. Sumukh, SVEI Public School; 4th – B.K. Tejas Gowda, Montfort Vidyasagar; 5th – Vivan Karthik, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (BVB); 6th – N. Chandan Kumar, St. Joseph’s Central School.

5th & 6th Girls: 1st – R. Anushree, JSS HP School; 2nd – N. Lekhana, Capitol Public School; 3rd – K.A. Nrupali – St. Joseph’s School; 4th – G. Dhriti, Avila Convent; 5th – M.J. Vathsalya, Excel Public School; 6th – S.S. Dharani, Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala.
