Sir, 

The MCC has said that one can pay property tax from May 19 at the Zonal Offices. As I feel again there will be heavy rush from the people and they will not go as per regulations of keeping distances in order to avail that 5 % discount, I have the following suggestions:

1. MCC can announce withdrawal  of 5% rebate (As the Government has announced  withdrawal of DA/DR payment). 

2. Extend the date of tax payment up to November 2020.

3. Do not charge any interest for payment till November 2020.

By this the MCC will also get the money collected  and also people will be SAFE and HEALTHY as the 5% amount will not be much of a burden to the people, when their health is compared.
