Protesters in Mysuru demand justice to Raichur engineering student

Mysuru:  Members of Gandhadagudi Foundation  held a protest in front of Mahatma Gandhi’s bust near Court premises in city this morning condemning the brutal rape and murder of Madhu Pattar, a Raichur-based Private Engineering College student

The half-burnt body of the girl was found hanging from a tree in a forest near the college that city on Apr. 13.  They demanded the Police to arrest the culprits besides ensure safety of women, girls in all working places and campuses. The Government must ensure justice to victim girl by ensuring justice to the victim.

President of the Foundation Aryan, Office-bearers Minchu, Santosh, Ganesh M. Gowda and others were present.

Protest this evening : Members of All India Democratic Students Organisation (AIDSO), All India Democratic Youth Organisation (AIDYO)) and  All India Mahila Samskruthika Sanghatane (AIMSS) will hold a protest today at 6 at Ramaswamy Circle seeking justice for Madhu.
