Rahul Gandhi to tour Karnataka from Feb.24 to 26

Bengaluru: Basking under the success of the first leg of his tour of Karnataka between Feb.10 and 13, AICC President Rahul Gandhi is all set to embark on the second leg of his tour of the State from Feb.24 to 26. During his first leg, he had covered Hyderabad-Karnataka districts like Koppal, Raichur and Kalaburagi.

Rahul Gandhi is expected to commence the tour from Balagavi on Feb.24 and cover Vijayapura, Bagalkot and end on Feb.26 in Hubballi-Dharwad.

The third phase of tour will take Rahul to Mysuru region during first week of March covering Chamarajanagar, Mysuru, Kodagu, Mangaluru, Udupi and Chikmagalur districts.

Rahul is expected to take a helicopter from Chikmagalur to Sringeri. He would visit Sharadambe Temple and return to Delhi, according to Congress sources. The dates of the third phase of Rahul’s tour is yet to be finalised.
