Mysore/Mysuru: Chutuku Sahitya Parishat Kendra Samithi, Mysuru and Vaidya Vartha Prakashana have jointly organised a programme for the release of the book ‘Hombelaku’ at Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road here at 10 am on Dec. 29.

The 480-page felicitation volume ‘Hombelaku’ is a collection of articles on Dr. C. Sharath Kumar (CSK) written by 98 senior littérateurs and compiled by  Dr. M.G.R. Urs.

State Safai Karmachari Commission Chairman M. Shivanna will inaugurate the book release programme.

Suttur Mutt Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion. MLC Dr. D. Thimmaiah will preside. Dr. K.S. Sadananda, Medical Superintendent of Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research, Mysuru, will release the book while former University of Mysore (UoM) Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.S. Rangappa will speak on the book.  Chief Editor of the book and former MLC Thontadarya, Editor Dr. M.G.R. Urs and Dr. C. Sharath Kumar will be present.
