Rizwan Ahmed (59), Range Forest Officer (RFO), passed away on Tuesday at a private hospital in Mysuru following brief illness.

He leaves behind his wife Najeeba Khanum, a teacher and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held in Mysuru, according to sources.
