DCP warns rowdy sheeters of strict action if found involving themselves in criminal activities

Mysore/Mysuru: In a bid to maintain peace, law and order situation in city, the City Crime Branch (CCB) Police, led by DCP (Law and Order) Dr. Harsha Priyamvada, conducted rowdy parade at their premises on Ashoka Road in city.

A total of 65 rowdy sheeters from various Police Station limits in city were produced before the ACP and interrogated.

DCP Dr. Harsha, who collected information about these rowdy sheeters, warned them of initiating strict legal action if they continue criminal activities. She warned them against disturbing peace, law and order situation, involving themselves in crimes and not to post provocative messages or reels on social media which create fear among the public. She said that if any rowdy sheeter is found involving in any of the above, strict action would be taken on them.

CCB Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Mohammad Sharif Rawathar, Inspectors and staff were present.
