RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat seeks Seers’ blessings

RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat (Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh), who was in city yesterday on a private visit, called on Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji at the Ashram on Ooty Road and sought his blessings. Also seen are (from left) RSS Mysuru Mahanagar Sanghchalak R. Vasudev Bhat, State BJP Secretary M. Rajendra, Ashram’s Junior Pontiff Sri Datta Vijayananda Theertha Swamiji, RSS Rajya Pramukh C.R. Mukund and RSS Dakshina Prantha Sanghchalak M. Venkatram.

Picture above shows Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji presenting an idol of Goddess Chamundeshwari to Mohan Bhagwat after according him a traditional honour with a Mysore Peta, shawl and garland.
