Mysuru, Apr.13- In view of the upcoming festive season and long weekend holidays, the South Western Railway has decided to run a single trip festival special train between Mysuru and Thiruvananthapuram Central and back as detailed below:

Train No. 06249 will departure Mysuru on 13.4.2022 (Wednesday) at 14:15 hrs and arrives at Thiruvananthapuram Central at 8:10 hrs on 14.4.2022In return direction Train No. 06250 will depart Thiruvananthapuram Central at 16:55 hrs on 17.4.2022 (Sunday) and arrives in Mysuru at 15.30 hrs on 18.04.2022.The festival special train will have a composition 16 coaches comprising 6 GS, 3 GSCN, 4 ACCN, 1 ACCW and 2 SLRD coaches and enroute the train will have commercial stoppages at Mandya, Kengeri, KSR Bengaluru, Bengaluru Cant, Krishnarajapuram, Bangarpet, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palghat, Thrisur, Aluva, Ernakulam Jn, Cherthala, Allapuzha, Ambalapuzha, Harippadu,  Kayankulam and Kollam Jn. 

South Western Railway has  in a press release urged the rail users in these region  to utilise this opportunity.
