Mysuru: As part of its 25th anniversary celebrations, Abhyudaya Mahila Samaja, in association with Manvantara Samuha Balaga, has organised a programme titled ‘Halliya Parapanchada Nenapu, Halliya Oota, Halliya Aata’ (Memories of Rural Life, Rural Food, Rural Games) at Puttaraja Gawai  Stadium in J.P. Nagar here on June 16 from 10 am.

The traditional rural games include Pagade, Choukabara, Aligulimane, Kambada Aata, Kankattu Aata, Slow Cycle Race and Rangoli Contests. One person can take part in maximum two games.

All the participants will be given Certificates of Appreciation.  Also, a Food Mela has been organised at the venue.
