Mysuru: Shri Dharmasthala Manjuna-thesh-wara Institute for Management Development (SDM-IMD), Mysuru, ranked among the top 50 B schools in the country, has completed the placement for its PGDM 2016-18 batch.

Dr. N. R. Parasuraman, Director said, “Twin international accreditations from ACBSP and EFMD, multitude of international conferences, exchange programs with over ten international universities, quality research output and a wide array of guest lectures  have helped perch our institute right on top”.   

Dr. R. Sugant, Chairman – Placements added, “This achievement of 100% placement well ahead of the course completion was possible due to the academic rigor, continuous skills upgradation, numerous workshops and industry interface activities taken up by the institute.”

This placement season saw the average salary increase to Rs.6.94 lakh, with the highest salary of Rs.10 lakh. Over 50 companies participated in the placement process.

The students have been placed in varied roles such as Management Trainee, Consultant, Business Analyst, Credit Analyst, Market Intelligence Analyst, Area Manager, Regional Area Sales Manager etc.
