Mysuru/Hunsur:  The Excise Department officials of Mysuru Zone 1 and Hunsur destroyed seized liquor at their respective places yesterday. 

The Mysuru Zone 1 Excise officials destroyed 60 litres hard liquor and 201 litres beer at its premises in Nazarbad in Mysuru. 

Excise Department Deputy Superintendent Mahadevu, Inspector P. Prema, Sub-Inspectors Chowdanayaka, R. Bhavyashree and staff M. Nagaraju, M. Rajashekar, M.R. Yashodha, S. Preetham and others were present.

Meanwhile, the Hunsur Excise Department personnel destroyed 164.220 litres hard liquor, 3.550 litres beer and 198.750 litres Sendi worth about Rs. 1,02,707 at Hunsur Zone Excise Inspector Office premises yesterday.

Tahsildar Basavaraju, Excise Deputy Superintendent Gangadhar H. Mudennavar, Excise Inspectors M.N. Nataraj and Dharmaraju, KSBCL Depot Manager Siddaraju, Sub-Inspector Vijaykumar and staff M. Sundramma, N. Rajendra, D. Sridhar, G.K. Chidambar, C.V. Raghavendra, K.P. Shivakumar and others were present.
