Seized vehicle missing: MCC lodges Police complaint

May 30, 2019

Mysuru: Following directions from Mayor Pushpalatha Jagannath, the MCC authorities on Tuesday lodged a complaint with the jurisdictional K.R. Police in connection with the missing vehicle.

It may be mentioned, the MCC had seized the cable loaded Jeep-Model Bolero vehicle in  Ward No. 4 limits on April 30 after it was found that the vehicle was being used for unauthorised cable laying.

But the vehicle was found curiously missing from the MCC premises a few days ago, following which Mayor Pushpalatha Jagannath, Deputy Mayor Shafi Ahmed, former Mayors Ayub Khan, Arif Hussain and others held a meeting on Monday, when the Mayor had asked the MCC authorities to lodge a Police complaint.
