Seminar on adverse effects of alcoholism and drug abuse

The District Administration, in association with Karnataka State Temperance Board, Bengaluru, Department of Information and Public Relations and Health and Family Welfare Department, will be organising a seminar on ‘The adverse effects of alcoholism and drug abuse’ at Yuvaraja College Golden Jubilee Hall in city at 10.30 am tomorrow (Mar. 7). University of Mysore Registrar M.K. Savitha will inaugurate the programme while Yuvaraja College Principal Prof. S. Mahadevamurthy will preside. K.R. Hospital Psychiatrist Dr. B.N. Raveesh will deliver a special lecture in the presence of Traffic ACP Shivashankar, District Health Officer Dr. P.C. Kumaraswamy and Star of Mysore Chief Reporter S.T. Ravikumar as chief guests.
