Sexual harassment at Parlour: Actor Sadhu Kokila granted anticipatory bail

January 9, 2018

Mysuru:  The city’s Seventh Additional District and Sessions Court yesterday granted anticipatory bail to actor Sadhu Kokila in a sexual harassment case.

It may be recalled that a woman, who was rescued by the Police from a Beauty Parlour and Spa in Bogadi here recently, had accused actors Sadhu Kokila and Mandya Ramesh of sexually harassing her.

The woman had alleged that the two actors, who had visited the parlour owned by Rajesh couple twice, had obtained her service forcefully.

Sadhu Kokila had filed a petition for the bail on Jan.2. The Judge before granting bail had put forth conditions that he should undergo medical examination if necessary, should not indulge in destroying evidences, should not put pressure on the victim and should produce himself before the Investigating Officer (IO) within 15 days.
