Mysuru: In a remarkable display of talent and dedication, eight-year-old Aarya Surarchita, a 3rd Std. student of JSS Public School, J.P. Nagar, Mysuru, won three gold and two silver medals along with Individual Championship title and Rs. 3,000 cash prize at the recently held Invitational State-level  Swimming Championship held at Shivamogga. With this win, Aarya has won a total of 109 medals and 15 Individual Championships in just two-and-a-half-years of learning to swim.

Aarya, son of Aravind and Usha couple, is currently being coached by Pavan Kumar and Kishore.
