Mysuru: Shweta Madappadi will stage a solo play ‘Ithi Chennamallikarjuna Sathi…’ on Jan. 31 and Feb.1 at the mini theatre in Kalamandira premises here at 6 pm focussing on the life of Akka Mahadevi.

Drama Director Shivashankar Ninasam said that the programme will be inaugurated by Writer Prof. C. Naganna tomorrow at 6 pm. Writers Maleyuru Guruswamy, Prathiba Nandakumar, Pradeep Kumar Hebri, entrepreneur Shivakumar, Arpita Simha and Bhavani Lokesh will be the chief guests.

Shweta Madappadi will interact with the audience after the   solo play.
